On June 17, 2008 the Clark County Board of County Commissioner approved the creation of a 12 member advisory board to oversee the development of the County's Nellis Dunes off-highway vehicle (OHV) project.

The Board will constitute one member from the BLM, one member from Nellis Air Force Base, one member from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, one member environmental, one member Department of Air Quality and seven member from the off-highway community. The filing deadline ends on August 15, 2008. The term will run September 2, 2008 to September 1, 2009.

We are looking for seven enthusiastic citizens that live within Clark County, and who have a desire to assist, develop and master plan this OHV area. At minimum members would be required to attend a once a month meeting.
