RideNow Powersports Ocala
In December, RideNow Powersports Ocala won first place in the "Best Honda Display Contest." The display won the store $1,500 and a chance to compete nationally for the grand prize of $10,000! Way to go Ocala for getting in the Christmas spirit and getting our name out there!

Welcome to the family, Brett!
Harley-Davidson of Tucson
We would like to welcome Brett O'Connor to the family as the new Service Manager of Harley-Davidson of Tucson. With only a short time on the job, Brett already has customers raving about his great customer service.

Customer Denny Buhl writes "It is rare nowadays to find a company that takes great care in their customer service." Mr. Buhl mentioned a few unfortunate experiences in his past regarding the service of his motorcycles but is very pleased with the improvements Brett has already made.

"Brett, Shawn Jodouin and the service group takes great care and I would like to pass on this message to all of your staff," Mr. Buhl said.

A little about our new family member:

A graduate from MMI, Brett has been in the motorcycle industry for twenty years and has worked for Harley-Davidson in Colorado Springs, Indian Motorcycles, Jaguar and Land Rover. He started his own store in 2004, which acquired the Big Dog Motorcycles franchise and an Eagle Rider franchise. He also assumed contracts for the City of Colorado Springs Police Department and the El Paso County Sherriff's Office. Brett enjoys riding his FLHX, going to sporting events and playing basketball with his 10-year-old son William.

We are very excited to have you, Brett. You will do great things! Welcome to the team.

Ho, ho, ho!
RideNow Powersports Concord
Up on the house top click, click, click; down through the chimney with good Saint...Charles Moore. Let's give Charles of RideNow Powersports Concord a big thanks (a plate of cookies and a glass of milk, too) for being the store's very own Santa Clause during the holiday season! Thanks for taking one for the team Charles.

You're always family at Harley-Davidson of Dallas
What started as a simple sale ended in two new Harley Davidson of Dallas family members for life. Amanda and Scott Terry, almost daily visitors to the store now, wrote in expressing their deepest appreciation for the wonderful staff at Harley Davidson of Dallas.

The couple went in looking for a new bike with specific "dreams and wants." As the bike-purchasing process continued for a couple days, Mr. and Mrs. Terry became more and more pleased with the whole staff; Chris, Matt and Shane to name a few.

"After only a few days and traveling to the shop several times in just those few days (we are STILL there almost daily), we realized we had a
place where we not only WANTED to visit often but we were accepted. We felt the people were actually happy to see us," Mr. Terry said. "EVERYTIME we walk in the door we are greeted like we are everyone's best friend."

Great job to the whole staff at Harley Davidson of Dallas. It is because people like you that we continue to see success and our business continues to grow. Thank you for setting such a great example and making our customers feel like the family that they are. In the words of Mr. and Mrs. Terry, "THANK YOU HD of DALLAS FOR WHO YOU ALL ARE AND HOW YOU HAVE MADE US FEEL LIKE YOUR CLOSEST FRIENDS!"

RideNow Powersports Peoria in the spotlight

Atta-Boy Mike! (X2)
RideNow Powersports Ocala
We would like to thank Mike Schuepfer of RideNow Powersports Ocala for demonstrating outstanding customer service and expertise. We received TWO letters regarding Mike's oustanding work ethic.

The first letter was from Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel complimenting Mike on his "wonderful personality and positive attitude."

"We want to acknowledge Mike S. for his professionalism, efficiency and integrity," said Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel, "as well as demonstrating and displaying outstanding customer service on all levels!"

The couple went on to express their gratitude for Mike's friendly and courteous demeanor.

The second letter was from Jack Leonard, a happy customer who uses his Teryx 750 for work purposes. Mr. Leonard found himself in a bind on Christmas Eve and was in desperate need for above and beyond service.

"On Christmas Eve we were expecting eight
horses to be delivered to our farm from Germany and I needed the Kawasaki to feed them, etc. And the battery was dead," Mr. Leonard said. He rushed to the store where he found Mike. After investigating the issue, Mike found that the parts book called for the wrong size battery. The only battery available for Mr. Leonard was the one from the demo Teryx.

"Mike stepped up to the plate and hit a home run," Mr. Leonard said. Mike was able to get permission to give him the battery from the demo. Soon Mr. Leonard was on his way home on Christmas Eve to finish a hard day's work before the holiday.

Thanks again Mike for setting the standards high, as you are truly setting a superior example for your peers and a wonderful reputation among our great customers!

Atta-Boy Jacob!
RideNow Powersports Peoria
"I wanted to let you know what an asset you have in Jacob Berry," writes Toby Johnson, a customer at RideNow Powersports Peoria. Toby and his wife were looking to trade their Road Glide for a Goldwing and had tried contacting other dealerships in the Valley only to be disappointed multiple times.

Mr. Johnson e-mailed various dealerships asking for information on the specific Goldwing he wanted. Most dealerships he contacted didn't respond to his inquiry at all and others were less than interested in what Mr. Johnson was actually looking for. Jacob came to his rescue as he took the time to dissect Mr. Johnson's e-mail and understand exactly what he wanted.

"Jacob not only read and understood my email, but he made several attempts to reach me. First, he left a message on my cell phone. I was traveling for the holidays at the time and did not get back with him right away. He then very politely followed up with an email," Mr. Johnson said.

Because of Jacob's persistence, attention to detail and excellent customer service he was able to do what no one else could (no surprise). He converted an on-the-fence customer to a loyal RideNow Powersports customer for life. "Thanks to Jacob, you gained a customer, and we will undoubtedly be back," Mr. Johnson said.

Great job Jacob! Keep those customers commin'!

Atta-Boy: RideNow on Ina!
Back in November, distraught customer Greta Reynolds brought her Spyder in to RideNow Powersports on Ina. Mrs. Reynolds was having problems during her long road trip even after she was promised the problem was fixed by another service shop. To her dismay, the service department was closed at the RideNow Powersports on Ina; however, that did not stop Enrique Carmelo, Anthony D'Amico and Brian Camargo from saving her day!

Although the service department was closed, "the employees took the time and effort to diagnose the Spyder and found several fault codes that were causing the problem," Mrs. Reynolds said. "They were able to calm me down and deal with the issue at hand."

Great job guys! You really know how to go above and beyond!

Panther Creek H.O.G.’s Annual Chili Cook-Off
Harley-Davidson of Dallas
January 14th
Yet another year in a row, the Annual Chili Cook-Off was a huge success for Harley-Davidson of Dallas! With well over 2,000 chili-tasters in attendance throughout the day, the seven Texas chili cooking teams battled it out in hopes of winning 1st place and People’s Choice awards. From traditional ground meat chili, to unique “Heavenly” chicken chili, there was surely something for all tastes. Live music and vendors added to the success of this day. Based on numerous comments from guests, this year’s Chili Cook-Off was the best in years! Our Panther Creek H.O.G. chili representative will now move on to the Regional Chili Cook-Off in Abilene in February, hoping we bring the trophy back to Allen, Texas this year!

Santa & Sun Bru
Harley-Davidson of Dallas
December 17th
Harley-Davidson of Dallas held their annual Christmas event with a little twist this year. Yes, “Biker Santa” was there taking photos, but also his little helper, Ms. Harley-Davidson of Dallas made a special appearance. Haley, who is Miss May in the 2012 Sun-Bru bikini calendar and also Ms. Harley-Davidson of Dallas, bounced around the dealership autographing calendars for our Christmas events. The Panther Creek H.O.G. was also in full force for this event, cooking lunch for guests and auctioning off a hand made quilt of t-shirt backs from various Harley-Davidson dealerships. This event brought in well over 2,000 people. The Harley-Davidson of Dallas family is growing and this was a perfect time that we shared celebrating the upcoming holidays.
