Not many people take their passion and ma
ke it a path to a career and lifestyle... then there is Tiffany Coates. She is the worlds foremost traveled female on a motorcycle and has ridden all over the world.
There is a kindred nature when speaking with Tiffany that may come from our adventure addictions or the fact that our lives are filled with journeys, with both attributing it, in part, to the fact of having grown up as military dependents and moving often.
No matter what it is that drew us to our friendship at a motorcycle event, I will NEVER be able to keep up with her love of Pimms. She is an inspiration to novice and seasoned riders and a true global citizen.
Tiffany embraces the world with open eyes, she is not closed to differences and lacks the "gene of fear" that stops many from traveling out into the unknown. Two wheels have taken her across many borders, and if not on two wheels she may be seen riding on four-legs to get her from A to Z.
She has been known to shave her head and sell her hair for a journey, figure out how to create workarounds when a bike fails, and most importantly – NEVER let going out of her comfort zone stop her!
"Any experience that takes someone out of their comfort zone changes them as a person and usually for the better. I’m more confident as a result of my travels and also have the belief that you can do anything that you want to do. As for happiness, yes I’m a happy and fulfilled person because I am able to realize my dreams of travels. I feel I've got a great balance in my life between living in a place I love and doing work I enjoy while at the same time being able to travel to different places.”
