WIth the Side by Side market growing more every year and people say UTVs are the best things to own. They are very practical for all sorts of purposes but if you want to just have some fun, there is nothing like throwing your leg over an ATV and hitting some trails that UTVs just cant go because of their size

1. Polaris Sportsman 450 HO
At first glance, the 450 HO (High Output) might appear as a renamed ETX, but it's a much better machine with more suspension, power, and comfort. It costs is most likely the most appealing which makes this very impressively capable as an inexpensive 4x4 trail conquering machine.
2. Yamaha Raptor 700
As far as hitting the trails or dunes are concerned, you need power more than anything else. That's exactly what the Raptor provides. Whether you get the special edition or not. This manual shift ATV continues to be a favorite among riders and is a similar platform to the Honda TRX250 with a utility body including racks and floor boards. This new Yamaha has been focused for the farmers and hunters who rely on machines for getting their jobs done. This in no way means it isn't a terrific machine for the trail too. 5. Polaris Sportsman 570 EPS
This ATV probably has one of the best engines in the entire lineup of Polaris; the 570cc has been used in several other model line-ups including their ATV, Ace, Ranger and RZR. The Sportsman is compact, powerful, and offers a serious amount of power for the tough trails and hills. This is the first time one of their ATV's is so powerful, though in a small package with a great starting price. This model also comes in the "touring 2-seat" configurations.
6. Kawasaki Brute Force 300
This is the most popular ATV they have, mainly due to “bang for the buck”. It is powered by a single-cylinder 271 cc, 4-stroke engine tuned to deliver torque at low RPM's. It's paired with a CVT which makes the performance all the more responsive, slap on a reasonable price and you have a win-win. The Brute force also comes in some pretty kick-ass color schemes too.
